New to the Southern Coast Vacation's winter rental program is Sandwedge 308. Sandwedge is a charming 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located just one block off of the ocean in North Myrtle Beach. Tastefully decorated, the condo has all of the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and fountain. The building has on-site parking and an elevator. It is the perfect retreat for snowbirds wanting to escape the cold winter northern months!
The condo is located just a block off of Main Street which is home to a pizza parlor, seafood restaurant, several breakfast houses, local boutiques, and the famous Fat Harolds Beach Club.
Available the winter months of October-March, the condo is available for rates as low as $725.00 a month depending on your length of stay.

Shrimp and Jazz Festival

For my snowbird friends who will be in Myrtle Beach for the month of October, I wanted to let you know about a waterfront festival that I enjoy going to. The 5th Annual Little River Shrimp and Jazz Festival takes place Saturday, October 10th, 10:00AM-8:00PM and Sunday, October 11th, 10:00AM-6:00PM. Located on the historical waterfront of Little River, the festival offers great local food, arts and crafts vendors, live music, and a shrimp cook-off. The festival will offer a strolling Dixie Land Jazz Band as well as four bands performing on stage each day.

As the weather is still perfect in North Myrtle Beach in October and November, you can have an outdoor picnic at the shared community picnic area with grills or sit back and relax on the screened porch overlooking the lake.
Ocean Keys 2006 has a full kitchen, widescreen tv in the living room, tv's in both bedrooms, DVD players, and a playstation 2 for your enjoyment!

Just a few short blocks away is the main street area which is home to the famous Fat Harold's Beach Club where the state dance the shag was born! Of course, if you do not want to pack linens and want the beds already made for you upon arrival, we will still be offering the service for an extra fee. The fee is calculated depending on the winter rental property that you are booking.
