Our Homeowners Love Snowbirds

While you, my snowbird friends, have been anticipating escaping the snow and ice, our homeowners have been preparing their properties to make your Myrtle Beach winter rental stay even more enjoyable.
The owners of Atlantica 1002 have been in town for several weeks updating their 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with a washer/dryer, added closet space,and coastal design bedspreads. For your entertainment they also have a selection of DVD's, games, and books.
And what could be better than sitting in front of a burning fireplace while looking out of the balcony door at the ocean? Well look no further than Ocean Forest Plaza 1404 where you can do just that as Ocean Forest's owners have also been busy in their 1 bedroom ocean view condo. They have added an electric fireplace and a bar for your enjoyment.
A new tile entrance way and wood grain flooring await you at Firebird 5, a 2 bedroom townhome. Not only have the homeowners updated their flooring but they have installed a new range and refridgerator. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach, their Firebird townhome welcomes Fido as well!

Grand Strand Boat Show

Hoping that all of my snowbird friends had a wonderful holiday season and if you are not already in Myrtle Beach for the winter, that you are heading here soon! And for those of you who are still in the cold, blustery north and wishing that you had decided to be a snowbird, it is not too late. I still have several great properties left to rent for the remaining winter months!
If you are a snowbird in town for the month of January, stop in at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center this coming weekend for the 25th Annual Grand Strand Boat Show. It's running Friday 9th, Saturday 10th, and Sunday 11th and will give you a chance to see the latest models of boats and waverunners. With daily seminars and exhibitors offering the latest in accessories, it is a must for all boat owners and those who dream of owning a boat.

Good News Snowbird Golfers!

Well, the snow is most certainly falling in the north and some of you may find it a little too cold to be golfing at your local courses. But the good news is that Southern Coast Vacations has a new winter rental property available for the months of January, February, and March!
A golfer's dream, Magnolia Pointe unit 302 is a great 2 bedroom condo set up perfectly with 2 king beds for golfing couples. And for those of you who are coming with your golfing buddies, the beds can be easily separated into twins. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Centrally located to a multitude of golf courses, Magnolia Pointe, is also close to the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife at Broadway at the Beach.

Happy Holidays!

It's hard to believe that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away and for those snowbirds heading south for the new year, you have less than 3 weeks to pack your bags! While many of you are looking to escape the snow and ice I am packing my bags to head north for the Christmas holiday. I am originally from outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and am looking forward to spending the holiday with my family. I have not been home in 2 years and am getting very excited to see my family and hopefully some snow! I have been in a shopping frenzy the past few weeks as my 21 month old niece Sophia will be coming with her parents from the DC area and of course Santa is making an early stop in North Myrtle Beach to drop off packages for us to take to PA!
I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday and a safe trip to Myrtle Beach to start your snowbird escape! And for those of you who are just deciding now to venture south for the winter I still have plenty of great properties left that all come with a great price tag for the winter!
